Starters

Selection of Fresh bread served with Oil & Balsanic, Butter and aioli

Tempura Chillies

Sauteed Almonds

Tomato and Manchego cheese salad

Sliced Black Boar

Fish Platter which consists of Tuna and pepper pastries, Whitebait and Cod Croquettes

 

Main Tapas

Minted Lamb -

(Chunks of lamb shoulder cooked in a mint sauce with carrot, onion and spices)

Sliced Sirlion steak-

(Sauteed with fresh mushrooms and tomatos in a brandy, chilli and ginger sauce)

Free Range Black Pig Cheeks-

(Slowly stewed in a garlic and onion then finished in a pan with sherry and stock)

Chicken Courgette-

(Chunks of chicken breast marinated in oil, garlic and tumeric, sauteed with slices of fresh 

courgettes cooked in a brandy cream sauce topped with cheese and grilled)

Monkfish and Chorizo-

(Sauteed Monkfish in a creamy white sauce cooked with chorizo)

Mediterranean Potatoes-

(New Potatoes cooked with red onion, garlic and herbs)

Saffron Rice

Roasted Aspargus with Peppers, Honey and Almonds
